Back to school

Well, vacation is now truly over as classes started again today. I'm teaching two three hour days this semester - pediatric treatment for the first time in 3 years. It feels very familiar, but it is still a lot of work. Seattle is still on my mind as a shining light of a vacation. Our last night Shea and I braved what must have been subzero weather to out and take pics of the Space Needle at night. For those of you who don't know Kerry Park is famous for it's view of the Space Needle and down town Seattle. Kerry Park has the "view" of the Space Needle that you can "see" from Frasier's apartment window. There are no apartments with that view. It was so cold, Shea actually put on Casey's down jacket which she forced him to take as we left the house with cameras and tripods in hand. We also found this radio tower by driving around a bit another nice view of the Space Needle.

Classic shot from Kerry Park.

Goofing around - inspired by Shea.

Radio tower lit for Christmas.

Closer shot of the Space Needle from the neighborhood near the radio tower.
