Happy New Year 2016

After a grueling flight home, we spent the next evening at a lovely New Year's Eve/Engagement party at Doris' house.  Different wines with each course (plus a bourbon course - it is Kentucky after all).  Apologies to my vegetarian friends, but we had a lovely red snapper (personally I don't eat fish, but I could appreciate the presentation) you can see how popular the fish was with most of the guests. Desert was provided by Joe - profiteroles - a kind of frozen cream puff desert with whip cream filling and chocolate sauce. Champagne at midnight of course.
