Shea, Joe and I flew out to Portland to visit Casey and various other relatives in the vicinity. We left the relatively warm state of Kentucky and headed into a very cold and wet Northwest. We had a very nice Christmas eve dinner with Casey and her friend Morgan and Morgan's parents, Cindy and Eli, Alex and of course the dogs. On Christmas Day we had lunch with Pritam, SatKaur and JJ. Pritam had a great time with Shea's VR game, Daydream Blue. On Saturday Shea and I drove up to Seattle to visit Chris and Susan and the kiddos - Beck, Yogi and Ember - and yet another dog - Coco, and Grandpa Tommy. The kids and Chris had just as much fun with Daydream Blue - Shea was a very popular guy. That evening we went to Garden d'Lights at the Botanical Gardens in Bellevue. It was cold but a beautiful display, very worth the effort. Shea and I got caught in a snow storm on the way back to Portland but arrived safely. Casey, SatKaur, Pritam and I went for a massage at Fly Dragon and stopped at the Moon and Sixpence for a snack afterwards. It is an English Pub owned by the dad of a friend of Pritam's - Aoefe, whose mother is Irish (like actually from Ireland). Today we are headed home and looking at a 3 hour plus delay once we get into Denver.
