The dress made it to Portland and fit her just fine. You can see she likes it by the smile on her face. She did think the bonnet was too big, but we let her know they did wear them big to cover their entire face to protect it from sun and sand. Pretty good for not sewing from a pattern in 20 years and not having the child to measure for myself.
