Anglin Falls revisited

Shea and I visited Anglin Falls this past spring and we finally got back there this weekend with Casey who has been wanting to go hiking since she got here. It was not raining like the last time I was there, but still pretty wet as it rained yesterday evening. There were actually quite a few other hikers (about 8 as compared to 1 the last time) but it was still quite possible to get away from everyone else. This time we climbed above Anglin Falls which allowed for a different view. On the way out, Casey and Shea indulged me by "running and jumping" for the camera.

Casey was tickled to find this EKU grafitti on one of the trees.

Shea actually got wet on purpose by standing under the waterfall.

On top of the falls.

Getting ready to jump.

Shea's had more practice and perhaps the springer end of the log - so he really gets some air.

The set up...

The money shot, sort of, wish you could see Casey's face here.
