My daughter Casey decided it would be great to have the whole family together at my dad's for Christmas this year. This didn't work for everyone in the family, so we switched to Thanksgiving. Additionally my father will be 90 next April, so we made it a Thanksgiving combined with an early Happy Birthday. The weather was beautiful and everyone was there on Thanksgiving day, all five kids (Ray, ME, Ed, Chris and Sat Kaur) plus some of the spouses (Deni, Melanie and Susan), and all nine grandchildren (Tommy, Shea, Brian, Casey, Beck, Pritam, Yogi, Ember, and Kieran). Everyone shared a favorite memory or appreciation of my dad as a birthday gift, it was wonderful.
