Shea continues to be hard at work in San Mateo, CA - but still enjoying it. I think he is finding that owning part of a business means working 24/7. For updates, you can check their blog http://ralphvr.tumblr.com/ The Daydream Blue VR game was released on September 24th and is doing well.
Casey came home for two weddings and while she was here, pack up the rest of her stuff and sent it on to Portland (well technically Fairview where her new apartment resides). I think she is about 10 minutes away from her auntie SatKaur and cousin Pritam whom she lived with for the last year. Her friend Alex packed up as well and his stuff is on its way with Casey's. (Now if I can just get Shea's stuff moved out again)
One of the weddings was that of Celeste Roberts to Dominic Eubanks. Celeste is the daughter of my long time OT friend - Doris Pierce. When Celeste was 8 y.o and Casey was 4 y.o. we were visiting the Huntington Gardens on Mother's Day. The girls were within sight but a ways ahead of Doris and I. Casey went to pet a koi and fell into the pond. Celeste plucked her out before Doris and I finished running to the pond. I was honored to perform the ceremony for Celeste, it was the least I could do after she saved Casey's life!
They are all so grown up now! More later about visiting the Everglades and repairs to the house.
