New Semester begins on Monday the 13th

Classes start tomorrow.  I will be very busy on Mondays and Wednesdays teaching my pediatrics treatment class.  I went to the dog park twice this weekend to enjoy the sunshine and today - the warm temperature after some pretty cold weather earlier this week.  Bird watchers have been a twitter over the appearance of swans at our local lake.  Gus enjoyed thinking about catching birds and Yoda just tried to stay warm.

Pink and Max taking a nap together.  They get along pretty well.

Matt came with me to the park today so we brought both dogs.  Yoda was happy to play with this group of smaller dogs.  He's the one with the green halter on.

You can see what a busy day it was at the dog park - people and dogs enjoying the great weather.

Gus contemplating all the water fowl but not quite brave enough to go swimming yet.

 Two of the three swans.

Owning the lake.  Apparently these are exotic Mute Swans and they are not normally seen around here let alone in a group of three males.  Swans usually travel in mated pairs and these guys usually hang around the Great Lakes or along the north east coast of the U.S.
