Disneyland Paris

The kids spent their last day in Paris at Disneyland Paris.  I recently had the experience of going to the Magic Kingdom in Orlando and I have to say it was very disorienting to have some things be so much the same and other things be so different.  It seems that they did have a good time other than Casey getting a migraine probably from the all the roller coasters.  They took good care of her at the health center and in about 2 hours she was good to go again.

On another note, the kids want to know how I knew this guy's name - the little short man in gold.  I thought he was a statue of Toulouse-Lautrec but apparently he was a real person covered in gold make up etc. trying to get people to shake his hand and donate money.  I do believe he was trying to look like Toulouse-Lautrec and was certainly doing a good job of it.
Street performer - wonder if the mouse was real too.

Casey with Rex from Toy Story

 Main Street.

This looks like the place to meet princesses that all the Disney parks seem to have now... oh, for the good old days when you just spontaneously ran into the characters.

 Main Street parade.

The kids are in the second row - Space Mountain.

A pirate mom who seems to have lost her child.

The kids are in the first row - Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.
 A Mad Hatter Casey

Our long time favorite - the Peter Pan ride.

Fireworks at the main castle.
