We had a fun, busy beginning to the week. On Monday I went with Doris to see the taping of WoodSong's Old Time Radio show in Lexington. It is the beautiful beginning of Autumn day so we drove up with the top down. WoodSong is an all volunteer show. No one is paid, not even the performers. They always have two group perform - Ollabelle and Goitse. This week one of the groups was from Donegal, Ireland, Goitse. Both groups were excellent. The performance is done in an very old theater in Lexington. Monday evening Joe's former boss from Patton State Hospital came to visit from California. She has relatives here in Ohio and came down to visit us and some other friends. Tuesday she hung out with Joe and the cats and visited Fort Boonesborough. I went to work and had lunch in our new Burrier Cafe. Our Consumer Science department is serving lunch once a week as a part of a class they are taking on restaurant cooking and service. Good Food. Then we took Sue to Hall's Restaurant (which advertises it is on the Kentucky River but is actually on Howard's Creek which runs into the river) for dinner. A good time was had by all.
