I love the cardinals. They are always such a bright spot in the backyard - especially in the snow. The other day as I was watching, the male was feeding the female choice bits of seeds. Quite romantic I am sure. We are still getting a bit of winter here. They are still cleaning up from the big storm. I think most of the piles in our neighborhood are gone now - but the twig art was fun. Actually, there is still plenty of twig art in our backyard. It looks pretty in snow and the birds love it. Lots of hiding places - it must make our backyard so much more interesting to them.
