Mid December

It is hard to believe we have flown past Thanksgiving and both Shea and Casey's birthdays.  Shea is now 25 and Casey is now 23.  Shea has made many changes this year - got a job, moved out of the house, got a raise.  Casey got a promotion to bartender and her puppy is now a year old.  I had a knee replacement and flew to Ireland to do a presentation in Cork and visit the maternal home sod with my father.  Joe has been feeling better and completing various projects around the house.  Dad also came to visit for Thanksgiving. We had quite a nice time.  Thanksgiving dinner with my friend Doris and her family, our annual visit to a bourbon distillery, a trip up to Cincinnati and the Cheesecake Factory.  Of course it was bitterly cold while Dad was here and it even snowed!
