We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner at Doris' house complete with two adorable grandchildren (and the baby bump). Shea attended and remained for our traditional Saturday after Thanksgiving harvesting of the Christmas tree. Saturday is "Support your local business" day and we have a local farm that sells pumpkins (at Halloween) and trees (at Christmas) and fresh fruits and veges (in the summer). You choose and cut your own tree. Shea pretty much did it himself as Joe and I are getting a bit too decrepit to lay on the ground with a hand saw.
